My husband & I worked with this woman Chandra (https://chandraemcclelland.com/wild-home) to organize our whole home, including our kitchen and she's been great! Most of her projects are smaller, like 1 or 2 rooms and she is good about helping you repurpose products you already have for organizing so less buying new things. She uses the Kon Mari method of "does it bring you joy." Back when I was interviewing people to help me organize all of them said any organizational products bought during the projects were part of the fee. That being said, I think I only reached out to 3-4 people so not a wide sample.
