  • ISO: Apple Picking venues for kids

We went to Wightman farms in Morristown, NJ last weekend: It's their fall festival, so you pay $25 admission per person to access most of the farm, but then there are unlimited hayrides, several mazes (corn, rope, and tile), and a hay bale climbing structure. It got really crowded by the afternoon so go early! About 60-75 minutes from Park Slope.
  • apple picking - shoutout to Wightman Farm

I did an embarrassing amount of research for best apple picking that is ~60 min drive from Park Slope and we settled on Wightman Farm. It was busy, but large enough to not feel crowded. It included apple/peach picking, donuts, corn maze, hayride, and kid play area with stroller parking. Car parking was free and easy enough. Food was full of yummy/guilty pleasures. Highly recommend!
