This might be a strange spot but I know that "The Roof" at Whole foods (3rd & 3rd) allows private parties. A couple of times I've seen it closed for birthday parties or business meetings, etc.Re: 4-year old birthday party ideas

I bought the best mini cupcakes at Whole Foods for Christmas and they were yummy!!! Everyone loved them and they came in all chocolate, or vanilla cake with chocolate frosting or chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. I believe they were $4.99 or $5.99 per package and there were a dozen in each package. I highly recommend them! (Reviewed Jan 2015)Highly Recommend
