Coop building management company recs?Our building switched to Veritas Property Management a few years back and people seem very happy with them. Our building is definitely not a luxury type building at all so I am guessing they are pretty affordable. Our assigned property manager is great. Very professional, responsive, has a network of contractors they rely on for various jobs. I would definitely recommend them, in particular based on everything I have heard from my spouse who is on the board and from the other board members.
