Personal injury lawyer
Something similar happened to my daughter but it was a hit and run. I spoke to Adam White at Vaccaro and White. I was not really interested in going through a lawsuit, since we were insured and it was clear that the city/NYPD was not going to find the driver. We ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the emotional toll, esp since we had no financial loss. However, it was helpful to speak with him. He’s very local and this is his main practice area. Sometimes I wish we had pursued something against the city, for public safety reasons. Do give him a call just to talk through the process, etc. He came highly recommended by others in the legal community (I’m a lawyer).Lawyer for a bike hit/run type accident
