I used urban arborist for removing an enormous Norway Maple. The arborists there are fantastic, and I felt good about their advice to remove our tree. Thee workers did the hard work of removing the tree needed some supervision. For instance, they dinged up a wall in my house when carrying pieces out, and they reported that they worked more hours than they actually did. When the team came back to do the stump grinding, they sent 3 people but only 2 worked. When I was billed for a 3 person team, I objected and the bill was reduced.
