Our daughter was in tiny steps at various locations from 3 months until 3.5 and it was fantastic. They helped get her eating table food, helped potty train and many of the caregivers also served as babysitters. They truly care for the kids. Our son is now at the Pacific location with Aidai who is amazing. Our son loves her so much and is always excited and gives hugs when he gets there. You here all the other workers also greet him when he goes in. Like someone else said, it isn’t fancy, but it fulfills the need and provides a warm and safe environment.

Both of my kiddos are Tiny Steps kids - my daughter, almost 5 and in public pre-K now, went to the 3 different aged locations on St. Marks (the infant location closed during the pandemic as they consolidated and I don't think has reopened) and my son, 13 months, is currently at the Pacific location. He will be moving to the St Marks location when he ages up, which we requested as we love the head caregiver there, Delya. We have had great experiences with the head caregivers in every location. At Pacific, we love Aidai, who seems to have a very sweet bond with my son. He is always thrilled to go there. Both of my children started at 3 months and they're great with both little babies and bigger kids. Many of the caregivers have babysat for us and we trust them with both kids. It's sweet how many of the caregivers have remained at Tiny Steps since 2017 and remember my daughter when she's at dropoff/pickup. Highly recommend

My daughter was at the Pacific tiny steps location from April 2019 (when that location opened) until March 2020 when COVID hit. When she returned she was older so she went to the Bergen location (they have three different spaces on Bergen as the kids get older). With that said, we had a great experience with Aidai who was the lead caregiver there. She was so loving and really cared for our little one! It’s not a “fancy” daycare but they communicate any concerns and always sent us sweet pictures of the things she was exploring.
