Working moms therapist recommendation
I just started talking to a therapist -- Tina Godinger -- and she actually sort of specializes in moms, and also specifically the transition to parenthood. She also does couples so has a lot of perspective on that front as well. I've had one intro call and then three or so sessions, but so far I really like her. Good luck to you!! We moms have to take care of ourselves.
