  • Wills, Trusts and Estates

    We just went through the whole process with Shannon McNulty, a recommendation through PSP. She does webinars for PSP too. Before we signed on she spent time with me on the phone about the process, why you have certain documents, etc. The overall process was thorough yet quick, remote except for the official signing and the team was good to work. I highly recommend.

  • Trust / Will advice

    I wanted to respond to M.'s original inquiry from last summer about this, and second E.'s recommendation for Shannon McNulty for wills and estate work. I worked with Shannon over the past few months to create a new updated will and set up a trust and she was great. She has experience with single parents by choice as E. said, and beyond the legal work offers helpful templates for documents that are also important (letters to the guardian and trustee, templates for listing assets, digital passwords, etc). All work- meetings, signings, notarizations etc. - was virtual as is allowable by NY state law during the pandemic- which made it extremely convenient.

    Shannon gave me excellent counsel, guidance and service in setting up my will (suggesting I set up a Living Trust to contain my assets for example), and was with me every step of the way, making an intimidating and not-fun-to-think-about process simple and straightforward and approachable. Everything was virtual and seamless, even signing, notarizing etc. She also offers a series of templates for additional important documents to go along with the will-- including letters to the guardian and trustee, a list of assets, passwords, etc.-- just so everything is taken care of, which was extremely helpful. I feel so much better having taken these steps and taken care of my daughter in this way. I highly recommend working with Shannon.

    I started the process (but didn't finish because I left NY and not sure when I am returning) with Shannon McNulty and I really liked her. She has worked with other SPC like us ;) so she really gets our situation and was helpful in answering my many many questions. PSP had sent out her information at some point which is how I found her.
