Years ago we opened a neighborhood ice cream shop in Brooklyn-(Ample Hills Creamery). In 2020, like so many people we had to start over. But we refused to quit Brooklyn! At the Social, our dream is to harness the power of ice cream to bring people together. We make all our playful ice cream and donuts using the best local ingredients from scratch in our shop. We host ice cream socials, parties, classes and events. We welcome you, if only fir a few moments to see the world through the eyes of a child, alive with wonder and possibilities.

my son recently had his 6th bday party at The Social, an ice cream shop on Washington Ave in prospect heights. The kids had a blast! They do an ice cream making demonstration where the kids take turns using an old-fashioned churn, a small craft project, and then ice cream and donuts for all.Review from the 2022 Party Survey

The Social in Prospect Heights, near BK museum (the same owners who started Ample Hills Creamery years ago). This is pretty spacious- perfect for parties.
