    She was awesome! She's now at Mount Sinai Downtown OBGYN (oddly actually in mid-town), and has admitting privaleges to mount sinai west (possibly other places as well). She is throrough and thoughtful, approachable and informative but also seems real and not too over the top with doctor speak. She was open to my questions always, so helpful as a first timer!

    Caroline was SPECTACULAR. She was the only positive at Mount Sinai West. She was extremely supportive during the birth and took special care with the couple stitches I needed afterward. She respected all my choices and was extremely kind.

    Beth was wonderful, as were the other midwives in the practice. They were originally associated with Mount Sinai but are no longer affiliated. I don't know where they are now, but Beth is worth seeking out!

    Rochelle was awesome. Very experienced, no nonsense, comfortable with hospitals and medical interventions if need be but not overly pushy about them. Her calm, matter of fact attitude was right for me- or, she knew that that was what I needed. After my labor slowed and we decided to start pitocen (my water had broken the day before), I was frustrated and worried that it would lead to more interventions, but it didn't, and I was happy with the experience.

    Amazing. They were attentive to my needs during my prenatal visits, explained my different options and all of the procedures. When it was time to deliver, they were physically and emotionally present for me and guided me through it. I still see them for my postpartum visits and they are available over the phone for a consultation 24/7.
