ISO: Someone to reno bathroom in co-op
We looooove Claudio and Edgar Zumba from The Line. We found them on PSP, and picked them after getting 4 estimates. They renovated our one bathroom in our rental while we were living there, with a toddler, (we partnered with our landlord to pay for it) and you can imagine how awful THAT experience could have been but they were great to work with and did an amazing job. Great communicators, accountable, reliable, did great work. We are renters in a 3-unit brownstone, but they are well-versed in working in more restrictive environments.
