Diastasis recti/"muffin top" belly
I’ve used the dia method/every mother app and website and had success getting the gap in my abs to close (I think I am now at a point where I don’t officially have diastasis recti anymore, even though I still have a little space). Honestly, I wasn’t very diligent in following it early on, but once I got a little more focused it worked surprisingly quick and is easy. It’s exercises and also advice on how to do simple things like getting out of bed or even just sitting in ways that don’t bulge your ab muscles (which can add to more separation of your not really aware of it). It might still be good to attend a class to get some one on one/personal advice and guidance and then save money by just using Every Mother after thatDiastasis recti/"muffin top" belly
The Dia Method (now called Every Mother) is great! And Leah (the founder of it) is a friend of mine - she used to live in NYC and offer classes here in person but is now is San Francisco.Diastasis recti/"muffin top" belly
Not sure what this is. But I did the Día Method online and it works! Much cheaper then real classes too ;) Also, you can do it at home during nap time. https://every-mother.com/
