Fish Restaurant Rec: The Crabby Shack on Franklin Ave
I want to shout out a local restaurant we love - The Crabby Shack on Franklin Ave and Bergen St in Crown Heights. If you're thinking about eating fish over the holidays, you can't go wrong there. They have fantastic shellfish (crab, lobster, the shrimp is incredible) and other types of fish as well, plus fish tacos. The cornbread may be the best I've ever eaten! They have protected outdoor seating as well. It's a Black woman-owned business featured in the documentary "She Did That" about Black women entrepreneurs. I have no affiliation beyond living nearby, loving their food and wanting to see them thrive this winter.
