What month and year was your child born? June 2022 Review: Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend for any other first-time parents Any advice for people who are considering using a birth doula? If it's your first time and especially if you family is not nearby, highly recommend bringing someone(s) on as a partner to help you make decisions when you're exhausted and advocate for yourself when you might not know you can Any advice for people considering hiring a postpartum caregiver? Would absolutely do again, and maybe sign up for more hours pp (skip pre-birth support)
