  • Help with coping with childhood trauma as an adult

I have seen Suzanne Fienstein for CBT and find her to be incredibly skilled and supportive.
  • Seeking therapist for anxiety

I very highly recommend Suzanne Feinstein for helping with anxiety. She uses cognitive behavior therapy as one modality among others. I don't know how she is seeing patients during this time but I imagine it is remotely. She is worth the money.

  • Re: [ANONYMOUS] Therapist for anxiety-related disordered eating

I'm not a professional but I'm pretty sure you'll have better outcomes with a CBT based therapist than regular talk therapy. Good on you for reaching out for help - its out there, for sure. My CBT therapist is not in Brooklyn, but she's great: Suzanne Feinstein
