We met Susan when she was the lawyer for the person we bought our first co-op from. My husband walked away and said "he had the better lawyer, we are getting her." She then helped us out with our old co-op twice (once when someone decided that the attic that only we had access to belonged to everyone, and when we were selling and the same person decided that the roof access really was not ours and our buyer would have to pay extra). She stopped both matters. We used her for our current place as well. She is no nonsense, smart and quick on her feet. I never wanted to be opposing her again.
