We were also in a pinch , ended up ordering from Sunshine Bakery in the LES; they delivered and only required 24 hours notice. The cupcakes were not uniquely designed or anything (we didnt have the lead time for that!) but they had a lot of different options. I think there is an option to get "happy birthday" or someone's name Written out in individual cupcakes .
