IVF in 40s, donor eggs etc
I am pregnant now at 44 and due in July. I did IUI using donor sperm and my own eggs. I don't have experience with IVF, however I can wholeheartedly recommend my fertility doctor if you're interested. I picked him because of the track record of his clinic. Despite COVID restrictions, I was able to move along quite quickly with all procedures. Dr. Palter took great care to ensure I was set up for the best chance of success. I really valued his experience and personalized attention (he's the only doctor in his clinic). The nurses and other staff were also very good. The clinic took care of all the insurance, submittals, prescriptions, lab tests, etc, so it made my life easier. The catch is that he's on Long Island, all the way out in Woodbury. I am glad I drove the extra distance, but I realize not everyone has that luxury.
