I've been going to Spring Street Dermatology for years for my annual visits and one biopsy. (https://springstderm.com/) I love Dr. Palep, but think she is on a sabbatical at the moment. I've had positive experiences with everyone in the office though.

Highly recommend anyone at spring street dermatology. I’ve been seeing Dr. Palep for 10+ years for adult acne with great results!

A friend tipped me off that Spring Street Dermatology in SoHo has the Foto Finder technology which maps your moles and detects changes. Basically photos of your skin are taken and the AI software detects changes over time. You need to book a separate appointment for the Foto Finder, but I feel it’s well worth it as an added layer on top of the regular dermatologist performed skin screening. (And no, I asked, the images are not saved “to the cloud”.) After the initial session you go back in six months for another series and then yearly thereafter. She also highly recommended Dr. Palep at the practice. I find her very warm, professional and astute, isn’t directly pitching any of the cosmetic interventions they offer, and I’m happy to have found someone I can see myself staying with.
