Birth Doula: Jess Moy & Sophia Medina What month and year was your child born? May 2022 Review: I worked with a fantastic team! Sophia ended up being the one present at the birth, and she was fantastic. She was a great advocate, and I highly recommend! Any advice for people who are considering using a birth doula? Do it! I can't imagine giving birth without a doula. I used Manhattan Birth's find a doula service (free!) and they connected me with several doulas in my price range that I was able to interview.
