Acupuncture during pregnancy referral?

In pregnancy, I wanted to add someone a little closer to home whom my husband could also see, since we’re both working from home now in downtown Brooklyn, and after going to trial visits at a bunch of places in Park Slope and Fort Greene, found SooHee Straub at Moxie Acupuncture in DUMBO. She has been an incredible source of support in my pregnancy and a resource in terms of eating right, acupressure and stretches I can do at home, etc. My husband has been very happy about working with her too; she's been helping him with a lot of the aches and pains that come from working without the greatest "office" setup.

I highly recommend SooHee Straub. I have been seeing her only for a few months during my pregnancy but she is amazing. She is an excellent listener and extremely skilled in assessing physical challenges in the body. So far, she has done a combination of acupuncture, cupping, and has recommended Chinese herbs for me. She goes above and beyond what other acupuncturists have done. She checked in on me when my partner had covid, calling to make sure we were okay. She also has helped me with diet recommendations and has even sent me links to nourishing recipes. I believe she is out of network for insurance, but some policies may reimburse. Otherwise, it is $100/hour session.
