I went to Slope Drugs & Surgical Supply (5th Ave and 7th Street) and they were super nice. AND they have a round the clock notary.

The pharmacy at 406 5th Ave (one w/ JC Penney Catalog Merchant) attached has a notary, it's only $2 per document.
