  • handyperson recs?

Sean Kershaw (a PSP member) installed a skylight shade for us and did an excellent job. Very responsive, highly recommend.
  • ISO rec for movers for one (very) heavy piece of furniture

I just recently used Sean Kershaw - a PSP dad to move a chair to my place. He had a truck from another job and came with a helper. He did the job the same evening I’d reached out to him and put it together and didn’t leave until it was perfect
  • ISO Man with a van

Sean Kershaw, local dad, has been amazing for man with van stuff for me over the years. And also does handyman work which is a bonus (hello swapped dishwashers).
  • ISO Handyman

We used this person for anchoring everything to the walls and he did a great job: Sean Kershaw- 917-553-8677
  • Handyman bolt dressers to the wall

Once I got out of the newborn fog, I scheduled Sean Kershaw seankershaw13@gmail.com. He did it today. Dressers are bolted. He did a great job and even fixed an errant curtain rod while he was here. I highly recommend him. His rates are reasonable and I feel the joy of having a long-delayed and very important task completed.
  • Handyman and mover

You know how you sometimes need a mover and sometimes you need a handyperson and sometimes you need a combination? I finally found someone who can do both and wanted to share. Sean Kershaw brought a helper with him and swapped two dishwashers two floors apart (no elevator) and then reinstalled them. He sent the helper off since he could do the install work on his own and it saved me some money. And then dealt with what was a much more complicated installation than expected bc the dishwashers had been installed differently so it was not just a plug and play situation as I’d hoped. He even zipped over to the hardware store to buy a part that was needed for installation.
  • Handy wo/man?

I HIGHLY recommend Sean Kershaw. I've used him twice recently to pick up/drop off furniture, and also for a variety of handyman tasks. He is a Park Slope dad, reasonably priced and most importantly, responsible! Does what he says he will do. He also can hire help when a second pair of hands is needed. Please mention I sent ya. (Good karma). Sean's number is: 917-553-8677 Email: SeanKershaw13@gmail.com.
