ISO Real Estate Attorney for Condo purchase
Scott C. Konner is terrific attorney. He came highly recommended by a friend (who is a big real estate developer) that used him to do his own personal condo sale in Soho, which was complicated combining two units. Scott is doing my condo purchase in Park Slope and I could not be happier with him. I have used other attorneys in the past that were recommended by local real estate brokers and had bad experiences because the vast majority do the bare minimum or less. Scott is in a different league: detail-oriented, astute, thoughtful and incredibly intelligent. Every single question I asked was answered promptly and with care. He also negotiates very well.
