    Sara Ruvinsky for pelvic floor therapy. She comes to our house. I saw her when I was about 5 months postpartum and still not feeling totally right. She was super helpful and I only needed one visit. I wish I had seen her while I was pregnant.

    I worked with Sara Ruvinsky (https://www.sararuvinskypt.com/), whom I heard about through PSP. She was very gentle, calming, and thorough. She comes to your house, which was helpful given childcare and working full time. The only thing is that she's out of network but I think you may be able to get some reimbursement depending on your plan.

    Hope this is kosher - I just wanted to say that Sara was a huge help to me for a variety of issues postpartum (including hip pain that pre-dated my pregnancy). I highly recommend her and would be happy to answer any questions about my experience!

    Second vote for Sara Ruvinsky! I tried a few different people and she was by far and away the best. Plus she comes to your house! I had to use out of network benefits - she doesn’t accept insurance directly. That said, her OOP cost is more reasonable than what others who do home visits charge.

    I highly recommend Sara Ruvinsky. She does home visits and will call your insurance to check your benefits/coverage. She is incredibly nice and explains things well, gave me exercises to practice at home, and also gave me a lot of reassurance.

    I'm using Sara Ruvinsky, 917-345-7087 for diastisis and am very happy. She takes insurance, comes to YOU! and is very thorough and caring. Sorry to hear you have back trouble, it's the worst.

    I am currently using Sara Ruvinsky. She comes to your house, which is a huge plus when taking care of new baby. She's helping me a lot and I feel improvement after 3 weeks.
