It can be stressful to find developmental pediatricians! Our pediatrician referred us to a private pay person, but I was able to find one at NYU that accepts insurance: https://nyulangone.org/doctors/1598766776/sandra-l-forem In this case the development ped was “hiding” in the neurology dept, which I learned about by calling NYU’s find a doctor number. I’d recommend Dr. Forem, she was knowledgeable and thorough and was able to recommend services.
