  Luba at Salon de LaRue provides color, cut, etc. in the salon's garden, under a tent. She's fantastic.

  I take all my kids to Salon de la Rue on 7th ave. It's a real hair dresser, not a kids place, and they spend more time making the cuts look great. $25.
