Psychiatrist, therapist who gets working moms, advice from working momsI'm so sorry to hear you're struggling, but you are certainly not alone (not that it's any consolation!) I am a working mom who had PPD after birth last year and starting seeing an amazing reproductive psychiatrist and a therapist who only works with women and mothers specifically. They both *get* it and are particularly sensitive to the maternal burnout that is so common these days. Both are virtual. They don't take insurance but I submit as out of network.
