  • Review from the Spring 2022 Birthing Survey

The class was amazing! So empowering and helpful. Robin was an incredible teacher. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to understand more of what to expect in the labor and delivery process and who wants to feel empowered with knowledge!
  • Review from the Spring 2022 Birthing Survey

We very much enjoyed our class with Robin and would highly recommend her and Birth Day Presence. Informative, interesting, and not too long.
  • Looking for queer friendly POC doula

We worked with Robin Douthit and had an incredible experience. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. I appreciated her calm energy throughout the process, in the months before and when I went into labor- she was with us for more than a day and helped me labor at home for over 12 hours, which would not have been possible without her. You can find her at http://flourishingbirth.com/
  • Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey

This was online due to Covid-19, but Robin's two day class was positive and I would recommend her for other Park Slope parents.
  • Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey

Absolutely wonderful- Robin was caring and skilled and knowledgeable. I had a very long labor and she was with us through every moment. Was also very helpful at the hospital and following birth
  • 2019 Birth Survey

Highly recommend- she also teaches at NYU

Method: Childbirth intensive class at Mount Sinai Review: Robin was a great instructor. She was the first person who came right out and said that despite all of the (un)solicited advice you may receive about this process, it will be your own experience and it can be positive. Member notes about insurance: Based on a March 2016 birthing experience
