I highly recommend Robert Schlederer with Compass! He was our agent through our extensive coop search in 2016 throughout most of Brooklyn over 8 months and I can truly say he's one of the best. We also have plans to use him as our selling agent for our coop so I'll leave another review at that time. Over those 8 months Rob accompanied us to nearly every open house we went to and that was likely well over 50! We also weren't looking for a particularly expensive unit so knowing he went through those lengths regardless of the commission he would make really speaks volumes of his character and professionalism. We've also stayed friends and he's always been great for quick advice on the real estate market.
