Recommendations for ophthalmologist for kids
I recommend Dr. Richard Storm on Atlantic Ave between Clinton and Henry - he was great with our daughter when she was just 2, and continues to be good. Oldschool in a good way. The only downside is that his hours are limited and it can take a while to become a patient, so if you have something that needs addressing in the next week he might not be an option.Pediatric Ophthalmologist & Orthopedic recommendations
Highly recommend Dr. Storm in Brooklyn Heights.ISO: opthalmologist that takes GHI insurance
I love Dr. Storm on Atlantic Ave. His office is not fancy (or efficient), but I think he's a fantastic doctor with excellent judgment. My kids and I all see him.we learned that our son (soon to be 7) no longer has 20/20 vision in both eyes.
I know Dr. Storm -- used him for my own eye care until I had to switch insurance carriers. I agree about his office. Though he himself is great.we learned that our son (soon to be 7) no longer has 20/20 vision in both eyes.
my daughter got glasses at age 4 for poor vision in one eye and nearly normal vision in the other. I'd highly recommend seeing a pediatric ophthalmologist and not take the advice of a pediatrician on this matter. I really REALLY like and trust Dr. Richard Storm on Atlantic Ave (with the caveat that his office is crowded and stinks at keeping appointments...I'd call before you go and see if they're running on schedule. But I like him so much that I keep going back despite this annoyance. And check out Jonas Paul frames.
