Shout out - handy/repair person - Richard Smith
I would like to give a shout out to Richard Smith who is a gem of a repair person. He can paint (looks so much better than what the contractor did a few years ago), he can put up ceiling fans and do pretty much anything that you may need to do around the apartment/house. He is very conscientious, worked the whole time when he was repairing some things in the apartment. He also has a lot of experience with roofing! I have no affiliation, but I am a very satisfied customer.He is also a local, native Park Slope person.
