  • Starting to run help?

    Until 2003 or so I had never run. I have now done the NYC marathon 10 times, and Boston once. A great way to get started with running, in addition to the excellent groups and clubs, mentioned earlier in this thread is the Prospect Park Track Club. Great community and programs.
