Looking for an Air Conditioning Maintenance service

We use Phil's AC. 917-275-3965. We have a service contract so they do an annual check up and I think if anything goes wrong- they repair. We've never had a problem though. Our unit is only about 11 years old.
ISO reliable 24 hour boiler service company

I use Phil's Air Conditioning and Heating (http://philsair.com/), as do many people in my building. They are super reliable and have great customer service.
