ISO: Sleep expert / sleep training for infant
We worked with Abby at Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching (peacefulparentsleepcoaching@gmail.com), and could not recommend her enough. She is gentle, really listens to you, and finds a plan adapted to each family. We contacted her when our son was about 12-15 months old, and regularly return to her for questions when we have issues. Abby is a gem! I feel so grateful to have found her.Review submitted December 2023
Abby was a huge help in getting my 1 year old on a more consistent sleep schedule. She provided ample support throughout the process and was very patient with my son who has always been incredibly sensitive and challenging when it comes to sleep. She also provided some flexibility in the schedule we set up knowing that we have a life to live and can't always be 100% consistent. Thanks to Abby we're all a happier. relaxed and rested family!Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
We reached out to Abby (Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching) on the recommendation of our friend, another PSP member, to help us with our son (3). He was waking multiple times a night, insisting on having one of us sit in his room until he fell asleep, and crying to the point of vomiting if we left him alone. That often resulted in us bringing him to sleep on our floor in a sleeping bag, which meant nobody got a good night's sleep. Abby met with us and was very reassuring that this was indeed fixable. She gave us a set of questions to rule out any medical issues (she's a nurse! legit!) with his pediatrician and followed up with a very detailed sleep plan for us to follow. She was incredibly supportive during the two weeks we worked together and also held us accountable when things got challenging. She talked through the science behind what she was proposing and also checked in with us the whole time to see how things were going. At the end of the two weeks, we're all in MUCH better moods thanks to consistent sleeping through the night! It's like we have a different kid. Really unbelievable-- and we are so grateful to Abby for her support. Worth every penny.ISO Sleep Training Coach
I really liked working with Abby - she was really supportive, explained things well, listened to our concerns and helped adapt things for our family (while still being honest and realistic about what was feasible). She also offers a money-back guarantee! You can schedule a free consultation to see if she’s a good fit.ISO sleep consultant
I’m seconding the recommendation for Abby at Peaceful Sleep — she’s a gem, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all the tools she’s given us!ISO sleep consultant
We worked with Abby, who is wonderful and does virtual consulting (and she has great reviews on PSP). https://www.peacefulparentsleepcoaching.com/ When we worked with her it was to sleep train our 4 month old, but I believe she works with families with older children as well. She'll do a free consultation to determine if it's a good fit.Sleep consultant/ coach recommendations

We also loved loved loved working with A at Peaceful Parent! We loved her so much that we gave my sister and my brother-in-law Peaceful Parent gift certificates when they each welcomed babies this year. We said we were giving them the gift of good sleep.Sleep consultant recommendations?
We loved working with A at Peaceful Parent. She was a great help to our family and a wonderful, calming personality.Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
We started working with Abby in the depths of our son's 4-month sleep regression, and she helped us completely turn his sleep around despite a lot of complicating variables on our end (including travel, transition from the swaddle, and more). Before we started working with Abby, all of our usual soothing tricks had stopped working and our son was back to waking up nearly every hour. We were nervous about sleep training and had lots of questions about the process, and Abby was very supportive and understanding throughout. Having her as a resource to explain our sleep training options, help us troubleshoot the plan we decided on, and encourage us to stay the course was invaluable. Our son now puts himself to sleep for both nighttime sleep and daytime naps in the crib, we have a plan for his sleep transitions going forward, and best of all we have a workable schedule that allows us free time and much more sleep than any of us were getting!Sleep consultant for toddler
We worked with Abby Wolfson at Peaceful Sleep Parenting on two occasions and she has done wonders. Our toddler seems to be preprogrammed for super early wakings, but with Abby’s knowledge and coaching, we quickly got him to wake up after 6am. We couldn’t recommend Abby’s services highly enough.Sleep consultant for toddler
Also had a great experience with Abby! Our 7 month old was a terrible napped and Abby helped us get her on track…. And helped her stay calm in her crib until after 6AM, which has been a great help to our sleep. Highly highly recommend!Sleep consultant for toddler
I second the recommendation for Abby! I was honestly skeptical about using a sleep consultant because I thought I had read/heard everything but Abby had some really good new (to me) ideas. Was totally non judgmental about what we wanted to do and the fact that we were trying to sleep train a 3 yr old and we came up with a great age-appropriate plan. It's definitely more than just a list of suggestions. And for the first few nights, I was texting her practically non stop for a good hour and she was very very responsive.Sleep consultant for toddler
Abby is great: https://www.peacefulparentsleepcoaching.com/ Kind and caring, listens, and also very action-oriented.The Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
We reached out to Abby when our daughter had just turned 4 months old. We wanted to sleep train, but weren't sure what approach would be right for us. Naps in the crib were infrequent and rarely longer than 35 minutes. We were at the point where we had to wear our baby in the carrier in a dark room for at least 2-3 naps per day, bouncing for sometimes 20 minutes to lull her to sleep. Night sleep was sometimes okay, but often inconsistent, with more and more nights of false starts and middle-of-the-night wake-ups. And I was nursing her to sleep each time. Abby listened carefully, helped us understand what was probably going on, and explained several different sleep training methods so we could choose what we were most comfortable with. Thanks to her guidance, reassurance, and thorough engagement over the course of our two week coaching period, our daughter learned to fall asleep on her own, the false starts at bedtime stopped, we established one middle-of-the-night feed (and discussed how to wean in the future), crib naps got longer, and we haven’t had to wear her in the carrier for a nap since. It really has been a game changer, and we would recommend Abby to anyone who’s child is struggling with sleep.Sleep consultant - Toddler
I second the recommendation for Abby and Peaceful Parent! She helps shift our 7-month old into a good sleep schedule and elongated her naps a TON which has been very helpful. The free consultation was great and she was extremely responsive. Her services are very reasonably priced as well.Sleep consultant - Toddler
We really loved working with Abby: https://www.peacefulparentsleepcoaching.com/ Our daughter was 3 when we began working with her so she definitely can work with older kids. You can do a free consultation with her to see if she is a good fit for your family. She was so supportive (and reasonably priced!).Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
We were struggling with all aspects of sleep for our 2.5 year old — separation anxiety at bedtime, middle of the night wake ups, crib to bed transition issues and early mornings. We found positive reviews for Abby on PSP and reached out after months of terrible sleep. Within ONE day of implementing Abby’s changes we saw a huge improvement — our toddler was able to put himself to sleep and settle himself over night. He still wakes early, but Abby has worked with us to push that time later and later. What we really appreciated was that there wasn’t a one size fits all approach.Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
We met with Abby when our baby was about to turn 6 months old. Up until this point our baby needed to be nursed to sleep and was waking up a minimum of 2 to 3 times a night and would only go back to sleep with nursing. At this time he also only napped for about 30 or 40 minutes at a time. We contacted Abby after going through months of chronic sleep deprivation that was a serious strain on my mental health. Within the first week of working with Abby our baby no longer needed to be nursed for bedtime and was sleeping longer stretches with only one night waking. He also started napping for 1 to 1.5 hour stretches regularly. After 3 weeks our baby started sleeping through the night and now takes pretty regular naps. I finally feel like I am able to get the rest I need to be the parent that I want to be and to enjoy the family I always dreamed of having. We absolutely could not have done this without Abby's coaching, structure and support. Abby graciously met with us for a 30 minute free consultation and then put together a plan based on our specific needs that we then reviewed in another meeting. She provided us with different options that would meet our needs and fully supported us on the plan that worked best for our family. Abby provided us with a clear plan and structure in writing that was easy for us to work with and also gave us daily support with a sleep log. She was also in contact for the length of time we worked together. She was very prompt in answering our questions and communicating with us. When we contacted Abby we weren't sure if the timing was right. We were planning to start with new childcare, move our baby into a nursery and were traveling at that time. Abby was understanding of these transitions. After deciding to do sleep training during these transitions I can honestly say that the RIGHT time to seek help and guidance with your child's sleep is NOW.Review from the Fall 2021 Early Childhood Education Survey
Abby was beyond helpful in getting our family on a much better sleep schedule. Our 11-month-old had slept through the night from 4 to 7 months, and then things slowly but surely went off the rails and we were at a loss as to how to get back on track. He was going to sleep independently for naps and at bedtime, but he'd wake up in the middle of the night inconsolable (and not hungry!). Abby really listened to us and provided a detailed plan that we stuck to for two weeks (with Abby just a WhatsApp message away). I loved how she utilized a collaborative Google Doc to track those two weeks so that is was super easy to ask specific questions about what was happening at any given moment. Her support was truly invaluable to us and we're all sleeping much better as a result.Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
I highly recommend Abby at Peaceful Parent Sleep Consulting. Prior to hiring her, we had a very lengthy bedtime routine with our almost 3 year old toddler that required either me or my wife to be in bed with him the entire time until he was soundly asleep. We were at a total loss for how to improve the situation. We met with Abby, she provided us with a sleep plan, which we implemented. By the 3rd night, our toddler was sending us out of the room because he knew that he could go to sleep by himself. This was an improvement beyond our wildest dreams! Again, Abby is highly recommended!Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
This is a review for Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching. We started working with Abby when our son was 7.5 months old. We are both experienced pediatricians, so we were surprised to find it so difficult to get our own child sleep at this age. He was overtired, napping inconsistently, and waking up every 30-40 minutes at bedtime for many hours (being bounced a ball or nursed to sleep each time!). We tried other online sleep programs and did not have success. Abby is an expert and very professional. She tailored her work to our specific goals, was highly responsive, gave us feedback, and helped us adjust the plan according to our needs. She is flexible with a family's needs (we were uncomfortable with cry it out, and so she created a plan that felt better to us). I also found the experience very emotional as a mother, and she was sensitive to that and supportive. Our son now naps at a predictable time each day, and sleeps 11-12 hours every night soundly. He puts himself to bed for all naps and night time sleep and when he occasionally wakes up at night, he is also able to put himself back to bed. We even traveled to a different time zone right after we finished working with Abby, we were nervous about this, but she helped us come up with a plan that went smoothly. It's been over a month; he is still sleeping great, and we have a plan for bad days if he doesn't nap well or other problems come up. We are all much happier. Aside from college fund, this was the best money we have spent on our child.Abby Wolfson (Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching)
We couldn’t recommend Abby highly enough. Over the course of this two-week program, she showed us that our then-11-month-old, who we thought could never sleep more than 10 hours a night, could in fact easily—and consistently—snooze straight for 11 and even 12 hours. After a couple of nights, our baby slept from 6 pm to 6 am. We couldn’t believe it!!! Abby was right: Baby had been stuck in a cycle of overtiredness. With a few adjustments in his schedule, things improved and we are all the better for it. Abby is sweet, gentle, and compassionate in her approach. She is available and quick to respond. She listens with patience and understanding. We are very grateful to have met her, and will be sure to keep her in mind over the next few years.Sleep coach recommendations?
Highly recommend Abby at Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching: https://www.peacefulparentsleepcoaching.com/ Helped us get my then five-month-old napping and sleeping through the night. And got my three-year-old to fall asleep on his own (it was taking an exhausting 90 minutes) and get him to sleep through the night (he'd wake up at least twice a night). And get the 3-year-old into a twin bed. And get both kids to share a room. All this within two weeks. Honestly, my three-year-old's sleeping was dramatically improved in just a few days. Abby's also been great at answering questions and troubleshooting issues we've had over the last few months. She's been an extremely helpful resource for us in a time of total chaos.Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
I highly recommend Abby for parents who are looking for a supportive and caring coach to help guide them through the process of sleep training. When I first contacted Abby, my 14 month old son was waking multiple times a night and required rocking and holding to fall back asleep - often not sleeping at all unless in our arms - and was up for the day between 4:30 and 5 every morning. Naps were daily struggle and he only slept in our arms. We were all tired! After the first week of our customized plan, our son was consistently sleeping 11-12 hours a night with no night wakings and sleeping until 6 or later and was getting the hang of napping in his crib. By the time we finished our two week program, he was consistently sleeping all night until 6:30 or 7 and taking two naps in his crib independently. What I most appreciated about Abby’s approach was that it was rooted in research and the science of sleep. She helped us understand the pros and cons of different approaches to handling crying at sleep time and didn’t push us in any direction - she instead have us the tools and information to make the best decision for our family and then supported us accordingly. Abby was very responsive and was always empathic and kind in her responses. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Abby to any family who is struggling with sleep. We’re all happier and healthier after finishing our two week plan!ISO Sleep Consultant
I used Abby at Peaceful Parent - https://www.peacefulparentsleepcoaching.com/ Really really really really helped both my kids, who were 2.5 and 5 months at the time.Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
We had a great experience working with Abby. Our daughter is 3.5 and so needed some time to get untrained from lots of bad habits, some that we perpetuated after sleep regressions... Abby was full of good ideas, meaningful support and really felt like part of our team to make this happen. We interviewed more than one person, and it immediately felt different consulting with Abby - nothing was cookie cutter, a customized plan was developed for us, and Abby had a saintly patience when we switched our plan multiple times and tried different strategies. She never tries to pressure you into one method and is super supportive and caring for the well being of you and your child. We appreciated the hands on calls and texts during the difficult moments. And we have a plan now with lots of strategies that can get us 11 hours of straight sleep a night. And I've been able to share the nighttime duties with other family members, a babysitter, etc, which has been incredibly freeing. Highly recommend! Loved the personalized attention and investment in our family.Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
Abby was so helpful for getting my 10 month old to sleep through the night. She is humble and quiet, and really listens to the whole situation before weighing in. When I began consulting with her I had already tried to sleep train my son several times, and he was still waking up without fail between 4 and 5am. Abby helped me to come up with a plan that worked, and that also involved less crying than other approaches I had tried. Abby was particularly good at listening to what I had tried and how it had worked and using that information to tweak our strategy. She is so thoughtful, kind, calm and comforting. Even if weeks passed between consultations she never forgot a detail about my situation and could jump back in to being helpful easily. It was always easy to schedule with her and her fees are reasonable for the quality of service she provides. Most importantly, within a short time she got my son sleeping later, which helped every aspect of life to improve!Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching
I'm so happy I decided to work with Abby at Peaceful Parent Sleep Coaching. We wanted to sleep train before I went back to work, but were nervous that our baby R. was too young (4 months) or that our goals were too lofty. Not at all! In two weeks, Abby helped us achieve every goal or got us well on our way. R. is sleeping through the night and taking longer and longer naps. Abby's style is calm, patient, understanding, and reassuring. I highly recommend using her as your sleep coach -- it will change everything!Sleep consultant?
