  We wanted to highly recommend Paul Hyun of The Prospect Team at Compass to anyone looking for a real estate agent with exceptional knowledge of the Brooklyn market. We recently worked with Paul to sell our 2 bedroom apartment in Park Slope. We cannot speak highly enough about him & our experience. Paul's expertise in the Brooklyn market was evident from our first meeting. He provided a detailed analysis of market trends, helping us understand where we stood vs. comps, and created an incredibly thorough comps document that estimated our home's value based on recent sales & a large number of factors in our particular neighborhood. He also talked us through ways to make sure our apartment would show well, recommending a wonderful stager and a contractor to deal with punch list items. This allowed us to go into our sale feeling informed & confident about our listing strategy. Throughout the entire process, Paul's calm, thoughtful & kind approach made us feel at ease, and was so refreshing after experiences working with pushy or rushed brokers in the past. He patiently answered all of our questions when we'd need to talk things through. And we know he took a lot of time with our potential buyers & their brokers as well, making sure they felt informed and confident -- which I'm sure helped lead to an increase in interest & offers. And at the end of the day, Paul's sales strategy worked perfectly. Our open house had a line down the block, we received 10 strong offers within just a few days of listing our place, and our accepted offer was 20% over our asking price. If you're looking for a broker in the Brooklyn market, we cannot recommend Paul more highly! We've also begun the process of looking for our next place to purchase, and he's been an invaluable resource in that journey as well.
