Brooklyn recommendations for primary care physician
My wife and I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Paul Chung, who works out of a Weill Cornell primary care practice near Borough Hall. Something that I really appreciate about him is that he has been extremely patient with our questions and has taken the time to carefully walk us through our options. Besides that, he is a kind and warm person who has connected well with our daughter. And, of course, we have a lot of trust in his judgement. It's now become a running joke that, after every appointment with him, my wife and I will turn to each other and say, "what a wonderful doctor!" The staff are welcoming and helpful and we have also heard good things about the other pediatrician in the office (whose name I'm blanking on).Pediatrician recommendation in Brooklyn Heights/DUMBO area?
We’ve been happy with Dr. Paul Chung at the Weill Cornell practice on Joralemon Street. Never feel rushed and always feel like our questions and concerns are fully heard and considered, ranging from first time parent questions to specific issues. Dr. Chung is cautious without creating any extra anxiety and thoroughly explains everything. Our toddler was hugging him and playing with his badge at his last visit! I like that you can use the Weill Cornell messaging for questions, and that they have weekend hours at other Weill Cornell locations (rotating). We’ve used the after hours doctors a number of times (also Weill Cornell doctors from the various locations) with good advice from them, too. It has always been very easy to get an appointment, as I think they reserve a few same-day appointments each day.
