Class was ok. I don’t really have anything negative or positive to say. Didn’t use any of the techniques taught and my labor experience was not that similar to what we learned, however I had a very quick & easy labor, so others mayve found it more useful

I attended the intensive "Weekend Warrior" birthing class at Mt. Sinai West and it was a good investment.
