    Elizabeth Mangum at Nurture(Bklyn) is absolutely fantastic. She is a skilled therapist and is extremely experienced in the birth world (she has worked as a doula and breastfeeding counselor), as well as a mom herself, so she really "gets" all the various things you may be going through. I started working with her a few months postpartum to deal with anxiety and marital issues and she has made a huge positive difference in my life... and as someone who has tried therapy several times before but never really found it to be productive, this is really special. I've also found her extremely flexible and easy to work with (we meet virtually, I pay through Venmo, she sends me itemized receipts to send to my insurance, we can email or text to change appointment times).

  • Postpartum therapist needed

    Elizabeth Mangum-Sarach at Nurture{Bklyn} is doing virtual sessions and has been a great help to me. I’m not sure if she’s currently taking new patients, but you may want to contact her. She does not take insurance but her fees have been the most reasonable that I have found. Best of luck to you.

    If you're willing to go to Windsor terrace a place called Nurture Brooklyn has a space rental. It's a mixed use space with adult decor but also kids toys.
