Noel Borbon at The Agency is your person. I've worked with him on several occasions and constantly ask him for referrals for basically anything in the tri-state area. I've recommended him to friends and family who have all had extremely positive experiences with him as well. I can’t recommend Noel Borbon enough. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, knows the area extremely well (and goes deep into research regardless), and is generally just an extremely kind, generous, responsive, professional, meticulous person that I would want to have on my side as a buyer or a seller. He’s extremely well-connected, and is just an absolute gem. I wish more people were like Noel!
