Family therapist or mediatorI want to shout out the NY Peace Institute https://nypeace.org/. They are a wonderful non-profit in the city that does free mediations for community members, among other restorative justice work. Even if the free option they offer doesn't fit your needs, I would think they'd have connections to private mediators as well. I took their week-long training on mediation and it was one of the best trainings I've ever attended. They have advanced courses beyond that and apprenticeships, and I would bet they keep contact lists of the "graduates".
