Zoom/Video therapy, In-person therapy Briefly describe the reasons you decided to seek help: My husband and I were seeking out sex therapy primarily due to having very different sex drives (one of ours quite strong, the other barely existing). Does the therapist take insurance, and if not, how has your experience been with filing claims? She does not accept insurance. She has been completely accessible for invoicing and obtaining the correct codes. We have been reimbursed a percentage after a deductible has been met. Review: Definitely recommend! Dr. Garcia-Ruffin has improved our relationship and understanding of ourselves as individuals in ways beyond sex. I continue to be surprised by her ability to put us both at ease with such sensitive issues. We often laugh and cry in the same session.

  We really liked Nancy Garcia Ruffin. She is in South Slope on 20th street and 4th ave, accepted our insurance (oxford), so i imagine she accepts other forms? She was excellent for couples, and one-on-one as well. She also has a background in sex therapy, which I liked just because it meant she was open-minded and progressive and fully capable of dealing with all kinds of relationships She has a wonderful, calm, non-judgmental energy
