  • Bike repair shop recommendation

Yes to Nachos on 4th Ave. they tuned up my bike and told me things about it that I hadn’t realized. Nice people and fast service.
  • Bike repair shop recommendation

I got my bike tuned up at Nachos on Tuesday after I couldn’t get into any other shops. Service was excellent, turnaround time was quick - dropped my bike Tuesday evening had it back Wednesday early afternoon and my bike is riding well. I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Nachos is great! We discovered them recently because we've been biking on the 4th ave bike lane a lot lately.

Hi! Just wanted to share a great source for bike repairs and accessories. Nachos Bike Shop on 14th Street and 4th Avenue did a great overhaul on my city wheels yesterday for a very reasonable price. No wait, no appointment needed and the loveliest people. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, just a happy customer and I know some of the local bike shops have very long lines right now.
  • Shout Out

Comment: I want to give a great big shout out to NBS Bike Shop on 4th Avenue @ 14th Street. I stopped by with sticky gear shifters, a loose seat and a sticky kickstand (probably things I could have fixed myself, but I was on the move and happened to be passing by). There was zero line, with a line down the block at Bicycle Habitat, the repair took 5 minutes, and I was charged barely anything at all. We should definitely be patronizing this new bike shop in the hood, especially since two others nearby have closed within the past year.
  • Bicycle store shoutout: NBS Nacho Bikes

I echo the shout out. Another bike shop wasn’t open to take customers (just deliveries)so they recommended I go to N,B,S, And I got my brake pads replaced in 30 minutes. Would definitely go back.
  • Bicycle store shoutout: NBS Nacho Bikes

I dug my old bike out of my basement after 8 years this weekend. I took it to a newer bicycle shop, NBS Nacho Bikes, on the corner of 4th Ave and 14th st. No lines (!!!), super nice staff. It cost $65 for a complete tune up, done in a little over an hour. Looks brand new! Also lots of helmets and bikes for kids and adults in stock. They didn’t have the water bottle holders I wanted for my kids’ bikes in stock, but said they’d have them delivered within a week from their other location.
