Location: Brooklyn Heights How old was your child when they attended camp this summer? 5.5 Review: The camp was okay, but geared toward younger kids. The age range is stated as 3-6 but my 5.5 year old was definitely little bored. Good staff-student ratio. What would you change about the program, if anything, and why? More outdoor play. They have an outdoor space on their rooftop, but it is small and not very appealing. They took the kids to a proper playground once in the week we were there.

This is an Mandarin immersion Montessori school. The summer school doesn't seem much different from the regular school year. Perhaps more water play in the backyard and field trips. We love this program .The teachers are very experienced and loving. The class bakes often and do high quality, well thought out crafts. The class size was small (14 in my son's class) and there were at least 2, and often as many as 4 teachers/aids in the classroom. They were able to tell me very specific things about my son's activities and Mandarin progress on a daily basis. If it weren't so far away, we would definitely go there during the school year too. If you could change anything, what would it be? Age of child: 3 Based on a Summer 2017 experience
