  • Pediatrician recommendations in Dumbo

We use Sinai Pediatrics at Cadman Plaza, have had a good experience so far, we walk up from DUMBO without problems.
  • Primary Care Doctor

I’m happy with Mt Sinai PCP at 300 Cadman Plaza Wesr. I see Dr Wu. My OBGYN is also in the same bldg. Pretty easy to get to!
  • We initially were so pleased with the doctors at this practice. But then the administration drove us batty. Frequently we would need to hold for half an hour just to speak to a receptionist. When a child was sick a message for doctor wouldn’t be returned. But the straw that broke the proverbial camels back was when I reached out for help following my child’s Covid diagnosis and the doctor on call seemed to rush me off the call and no one ever called to check up on us. This was the opposite of my experience with an independent practice when we lived in Manhattan. This practice feels corporate and the only thing they do quickly is bill you (seriously they text a bill the minute you leave) and making an appointment takes forever and trying to get lab work done takes seriously weeks of waiting. We are leaving for an independent practice
  • Pediatrician

We love Mt. Sinai Pediatrics at 300 Cadman Plaza. We see Dr. Aronov in that practice and I couldn't not imagine a better pediatrician. Not only is she super caring and on the ball with the kids, but she also cares about how the parents are doing, which I feel like makes a big difference in the beginning with a newborn. I feel like she is a great balance of "here's what's really important that you do for the health of your child" and "here are all the things that you can be flexible about in reality as you try to survive as a new parent." She's never an alarmist, but is also clear about her potential concerns.
  • Pediatrician

Check out the pediatricians at Mount Sinai on 300 Cadman plaza. Dr. Gilgoff, Dr. Turner, Dr. Messinger are some of the best pediatricians. My son sees Dr Turner. We also consulted Dr. Gilgoff on the days Dr. Turner was on leave. He is great too. But many Fort Greene Mama's highly reccomend Dr. Messinger. Do check their profiles and you can meet them in person before the baby is born.
  • Brooklyn recommendations for primary care physician

My wife and I have really liked the Mt. Sinai practice in Brooklyn Heights at One Pierrepoint Plaza. My primary care physician left the practice recently, but we have only had good experiences with them for our routine healthcare needs. They have a bunch of specialists at that location, so it's been convenient if you need care beyond a PCP - they were great when I had to diagnose and treat a shoulder injury and for my wife's obstetrician appointments during her pregnancies.
  • ISO: Female Endocrinologist

I don't know anything about Dr. Lin, but I want to give a big shout out to Dr. Lyudmila Shvets at Mount Sinai's practice in downtown Brooklyn. Started seeing her about a year ago, and liked her, and now that I'm pregnant I like her even more. MUCH better than the endocrinologist I went to during my first pregnancy. https://www.mountsinai.org/profiles/lyudmila-shvets
  • Recommendations for a great GP?

My husband and I recently started seeing doctors at the Mount Sinai offices in Brooklyn Heights. I like the practice a lot and have seen Dr. Passias who is great.
  • ISO primary care doctor

The PCP and specialist doctors at Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights are terrific. My wife and I have been going for 4 years. In addition to seeing our doctors, we have seen others there when we needed a same-day appointment and such, and have found everyone to be upstanding. The office itself is also well run and nice.

  • Pediatrician Recommendations - South Slope

Dr. Aravov at Mt. Sinai Brooklyn Heights is terrific! I like the whole practice and they have onsite labs and urgent care.
  • Re: Kind of hate my pediatrician? Venting and looking for advice

A little further afield, but we go to the pediatrics practice at Mt Sinai Brooklyn Heights near Jay St Metrotech. We see the lovely Dr Rita Aronov, who is terrific, but there are three other great docs there too. Never had an issue calling after hours if we were concerned about something - including on New Years Eve. And they have a lab there too so you never have to go elsewhere for blood draws, etc. it's great!
  • happy with this medical practice

As there may be others who are looking for new doctors due to changes in insurance, I would like to recommend the Mt. Sinai Brooklyn Heights Medical Group. I have started with a new internist, Dr. Emily Taylor, and just consulted with Dr. Christine Tennyson to set up a screening colonoscopy. I felt very comfortable with both of them. My husband saw an orthopedist there and was happy with his care. Very convenient, right near every subway line downtown.
