  Dr. Francis was great. She’s funny, warm, and very down to earth. Very human—great to talk over any questions or anxieties with, and spent real time with me at appointments. Honest and not jargon-y. Felt like a really smart, capable friend, who’s also your doctor. I just adored her. I liked her so much I schlepped all the way to 57/7 for my appointments! And she was a great, encouraging, and supportive presence.

  She is absolutely amazing! She consistently runs behind on her appointment times, but once you're in an exam room you'll understand why; she actually talks to you, listens to you, answers your questions and asks if you have more questions. She is hip, kind, caring, funny, knowledgeable... I just bring a magazine or knitting to pass the time in the waiting room. Based on a July 2017 birthing experience
