Description

Brooklyn PC Clinic is a computer repair and support service established in 2003 and we work with both PCs and Macs. We offer a variety of services including network troubleshooting, setting up Wi-Fi systems, custom PC building, advice on data backup, as well as providing a consultation service. We are Lenovo and Dell business partners and can supply and set up new computers. We work with both home users and small businesses.

    I would call Mike at Brooklyn PC Clinic. In addition to doing repairs they also setup networks. Mike is a lovely man to work with (and a Park Slope dad) and I believe is knowledgeable with all of the areas you are looking for support with. If not, I would trust anyone he would recommend.

    I work with both Mike Jonas from Brooklyn PC Clinic and with Peter Lopez, your Apple guy. They are both equally amazing, responsive and smart. They can tackle any issue and make house calls. I hire both Mike and Peter for my home office and my three stores.

    Just had another excellent experience with Mike Jonas of Brooklyn PC Clinic after my computer imploded--He was able to remove the hard drive and set me up on a new computer with all my data intact. He is a lovely guy, affordable, and very efficient.

    We had an excellent experience with Mike and our recalcitrant computer. Mike diagnosed and fixed our machine, solving multiple problems, in short order. He made good recommendations to us for speeding up our wireless routing, which worked without spending any additional money on equipment or rearranging the house. He was pleasant, responsive, and I thought very reasonable. The final "damage" was less than I thought it would be--for a complete diagnostic plus taking off and putting back on quite a bit of software. Since he saw us, we haven't had a problem, can print easily, use the internet in any room, and generally feel we can rely on our HP laptop. I highly recommend Brooklyn PC Clinic.
