(can also file the court papers as an attorney) Michael is great! Very empathetic, kind, and thorough. Thorough being possibly the most important part. His approach is very gentle and I very much appreciated this during conversations that could have been very emotionally fraught. I highly recommend him! Also, you don't necessarily need to hire a lawyer when working with him. Some mediators are not licensed attorneys, so they cannot file the appropriate court papers. In this case, you may have outside counsel review the documents, but you don't have to.
