There's a tailor, Antonio, who runs his own store over on Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights, called Mi Montuno. It's near intersection of Park Place and Washington Avenue. He's made a lot of stuff for me over the years, including dresses for my wife. He might be able to do the baptism dress, particularly if you had a picture of what you want.
